About PSYCH-K®

PSYCH-K® is a gentle process that works with the subconscious mind (the part which stores beliefs, habits, and emotional patterns).

Many patterns, including attachment, procrastination, overwhelm, or inconsistency, are not about capability. They are rooted in subconscious programming formed over time.

Gently updating these beliefs, often leads to greater clarity, emotional neutrality, and consistency moving forward.

The result is not forced discipline, but cohesion and harmony.

My Own Experience

My interest in PSYCH-K® deepened through my own experience. For years I struggled with disrupted sleep, often losing hours of rest. I noticed improvement after the first session, and significant change around the third and fourth.

Since then, I’ve used it to make shifts in my daily life, such as making healthier food choices, and feeling less emotionally triggered by situations that once affected me.

These experiences reinforced for me that lasting change is often a process rather than a single moment, and that gentle, repeated work can create meaningful shifts over time.

PSYCH-K® uses specific processes (called “Balances”) to support communication between the conscious and subconscious mind. When both are aligned, change tends to feel easier, more natural, and less forced.

No.PSYCH-K® is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. It is a personal development process focused on belief change and subconscious alignment.

Common areas include:

  • Confidence and self-worth

  • Procrastination or avoidance

  • Money mindset

  • Emotional blocks

  • Stress and overwhelm

  • Difficulty following through

  • Patterns of self-sabotage

This varies from person to person. Some people notice shifts after one session, while others choose ongoing sessions to work through layered patterns or multiple goals.

PSYCH-K® draws on principles from neuroscience, whole-brain integration, and subconscious belief change. While many clients report powerful personal shifts, it is considered a complementary modality rather than a clinical treatment.

Sessions can be facilitated both in person and online effectively, however I currently do not offer online sessions.

Often, clutter is not just about systems, it’s connected to subconscious beliefs such as:

  • “I might need this one day.”

  • “Letting go feels unsafe.”

  • “I’m not capable of staying organised.”

  • “I don’t deserve a calm home.”

By gently shifting these beliefs, organising becomes less overwhelming and more sustainable.
